The problem
Why this product needed to exist
Guthi Sansthan was relying on fragmented tools and manual workflows to manage land assets, financial records, and human resources. Data lived in spreadsheets and paper files across departments, making it difficult to get a reliable, real-time view of operations or ensure accuracy for audits and reporting.
The product we built
Our approach and the experience we designed
We designed and built a centralised information management system tailored to Guthi Sansthan’s processes. The platform brings asset, finance, and HR data into a single web-based application with role-based access, bilingual UX, and clear workflows for day-to-day operations. Using a modern stack around Django, React, and Next.js, we implemented robust data models, secure authentication, and performant deployments on cloud infrastructure.
How we shipped it
- 1Discovery & process mapping
Worked with stakeholders to document existing paper and spreadsheet-based workflows for asset registration, payments, and HR, then translated them into a clear product scope.
- 2UX design & architecture
Created information architecture and UI flows optimised for government staff, then defined a modular backend architecture around Django and a React/Next.js frontend.
- 3Implementation & rollout
Developed core modules for asset tracking, financial records, and HR, integrated authentication and deployments, and supported training and phased rollout across teams.
