Key screens, flows, and UI states from Nepal Secretariat of Skills and Training. Designed to feel like a real, working product—not just a Dribbble shot.
NSST now has a scalable digital platform that supports recruitment, partnerships, and fundraising, while clearly articulating its mission to create fair access to opportunities for young Nepalese.
The problem
Why this product needed to exist
NSST needed a digital presence that clearly communicates its mission as a Nepalese-German skills training initiative, while also making it simple for youth to apply, partners to get involved, and supporters to donate. The existing experience made it hard to tell the story, manage content, and provide frictionless online forms and donation flows.
The product we built
Our approach and the experience we designed
We designed and implemented a responsive, multilingual website that brings together program information, news, impact stories, and donation capabilities. Using a modern stack built around Django, React, and Next.js, we created clear pathways for apprentices to apply, partners to engage, and donors to contribute—backed by a structured CMS-driven content model and secure integrations for forms and payments.
How we shipped it
- 1Discovery & content strategy
Mapped out NSST’s audiences—youth, partners, and donors—and aligned on key user journeys and content priorities for the new site.
- 2UX design & donation flows
Designed homepage, news, donation, and application experiences that make it easy to understand NSST’s mission and take action.
- 3Build, integrations & launch
Implemented the frontend and backend, wired up forms and donation handling, and supported launch and post-launch optimisation.
